Founder and Principal Consultant

Peter S. Eisenhut founded Eisenhut & Associates (formerly Utilitel) in 1992.
Prior to 1992 Mr. Eisenhut held a senior level position at the IBM corporation. While at IBM
he held the positions of cost engineer, systems analyst, business planner and manager. He also
spent four years on IBM's corporate audit staff, where he led teams of auditors who assessed
the effectiveness of IBM's management processes. This included audits of contracts, vendor
payments, information security and more.

Mr. Eisenhut earned his MBA from The Simon School at the University of Rochester and his
undergraduate engineering degree from Cornell University. Specific to the field of telecommunications
he received training at IBM's Systems Research Institute and from the American Entrepreneurial
Research Group, Inc. He is a member of the Society of Telecommunications Consultants (STC)
and the Howard County, Maryland Chamber of Commerce.
